The Seattle Public Library
As the public's needs from a library was changing, The Seattle Public Library required updated branding to reflect their new role. The Seattle Public Library was opening a new Central Branch in downtown Seattle. The building, designed by principal architects Rem Koolhaas and Joshua Prince-Ramus of OMA/LMN, was instantly a Seattle landmark. The logo I designed reflected the history of books and information, with a nod to the Central Library's unique architectural shape.
